Cozy entrance and welcoming staff made me feel at home.
Unfortunately, there was no refrigerator in our room, which was quite inconvenient. The room service didn’t stay open late enough, making it impossible to order tea before bed. Additionally, it was frustrating that the tea pots were small and provided minimal channels on the TV without the hassle of logging into my account.

Very beautiful setting. Conveniently located close to Louise Lake. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. The indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.
